Fun and cute game. I enjoy playing it when I have down time.

Im starting to like the game, but what with the ads popping up every three seconds? Its really making me mad.

My final email to customer service after 2 weeks of playing. First my cat disappears and then my silo and barn degrade back to level one. I use to get gems from feeding treats to the dog but ever since I reached level 25 I havent gotten a single one. The game was fun when I first started playing but now I dont even feel like playing anymore. I see you do the same thing every other game out there does. You make the player think that they are going to progress easily by rewarding them with gems frequently. But after they invest weeks of gameplay you take away those gems and cause the player to play twice as much to earn 1/4th the amount of gems. Dont worry about fixing the issues in my game because I will never spend a single cent on your game. I will continue playing because the game is fun and I have a lot of patience. Sadly, Im very disappointed in your sub par customer service and the greed I see dominating the game. Good luck with the evolution of your game. Too bad I have to make a little trip to the Apple Store and give your game a one star with an honest review. This email.

This game is very good I like the way the community works and how other players can collaborate

Was enjoying this app tremendously but now that Im advancing the app is shutting off constantly. Agree with many if not all of the previously posted concerns. It gets a little distracting to see the community posts/discussions (still) even when I opted out of seeing them. Would be nice if the discussions were more helpful and offered ideas on how to improve the farm experience (similar to a troubleshoot support forum). Having to win gems in order to purchase animals or other things is discouraging as is the rise in cost to expand space for the farm.

None of my friends play!! The last three days I have tried to friend request people that play the game and I still have no friends except DAN!!!

Its a cute game to play in your spare time between laundry and putting the kids to bed.

TLWR (too long wont read) Interesting twist on community farming seemed to be aimed at a casual audience, but too buggy and not enough support. This game seems to be meant for a casual audience. At level 25ish, some of the items take over 12 hours to craft. There isnt a lot of micro management to keep you busy constantly. The community aspect is what made it stand out for me. There were not enough controls to help people with the community. If you had people who didnt play, there was nothing you could do. You can not purchase things from friends directly and the community donations do not allow you to split orders. The bugs. I seemed to run into an extra helping of them. I lost levels, machines, land, time, upgrades, and the ability to chat. This happened repeatedly for over a month. I wrote in with each, but never even received a canned response. I struggled because of everything I lost, but I hung on for a long time because I landed with a great community. It has potential, but with the lack of support, I dont see it turning into anything worth the time.

This is a really fun game, with great graphics, and a TON of bugs. Customer support was helpful at first, but it seems now they are overwhelmed with the number of users with the same issues. I will keep playing, but spending no more $ on this until the big issues are fixed. I hope the company realizes that they have a lot of players who feel the same... And that they start to communicate with us about problem resolution status.

I love this game and would give it five stars, however, Im irritated with it at the moment. I changed communities and had no idea that I would lose everything I had growing and the additional plots I had used coins to open up. I worked all day on a shipment and it changed when I entered the new community. If it would prompted me to warn me i would lose all of that, I wouldnt have switched communities. Besides this I love the game.

This game has great graphics and is very family friendly and easy to learn. A lot of the features dont work properly and it is very common for progress to be suddenly rolled back to the beginning. Very annoying. The community farms are a great feature for team play but the community chat functions poorly if at all and there is no way to eliminate inactive players to make room in the community for others. I could give it five stars if these annoying bugs were fixed.

I love this game so much. The fact that stuff doesnt whither or die if youre not in the game 24/7 is awesome. Thanks for that for real. I love the community farm, wonderful idea. Ive noticed many ppl, including myself are having the same issue with bugs in the game. For example, I have expanded my farm with the 14,000 coin expansion, leveled up and got the level 20 house, closed my game out, only to come back later with all my coins still gone and my level back down, no expansion, no big house. I was so very frustrated, I even deleted the game. I redownloaded it tho because I enjoyed it. Another problem Ive had, I expand my silo and barn, close out, come back, and my storage is back down to like 75 slots. Once again, very frustrating. It makes you at a stand still on your farm because everything is full....you cant do anything. Please fix these bugs! I love your game, but the bugs are annoying. Im on Apple 5S.

Ill start by saying that I do enjoy this game and heres my general pros and cons. PROS: 1. Crops dont wither and theyre generally quick to grow. Most crops grow within an hour, but some fruits take quite awhile. Its pretty well balanced in my opinion. 2. Animals manage to mostly be cute. I dont know why most games in the genre make the animals super creepy. So far only the goats when ready to harvest creep me out slightly. Its weird to see them bouncing around like that. 3. Time to make stuff is really well balanced. Except for one item which takes over 12 hours to make, all the others I have are well balanced and reasonable. CONS: 1. The scythe sensitivity. The is my main problem with the game and while it sounds odd, its really messed me up. When you try to harvest a crop, you end up harvesting anything else in a one mile radius too. The community farm is TERRIBLE with this because I cant move my plots. Every time I try to harvest one Apple tree, it instead harvests the Orange and is like "oops, out of space!" Thanks game! I needed 20 more oranges! Again this sounds like a silly complaint, but having played township where everything harvests perfectly, this is insanely irritating. 2. The community farm. While this is a pro for many, I started my own the day this came out because I was forced into a community with 7 other people who stopped playing 10 minutes in. I then started one so I could invite my own friends, but an hour later it filled it AGAIN with 7 more people who arent playing automatically. So on my third one and no one is playing and I cant kick them. So, Im on my own. Its a good idea and I like the area, but since I cant control whos in, it really doesnt make it feel like my own community farm. 3. The delivery board is way too unbalanced. I swear half the board is always containing items I cant make. As soon as I can make an item, it drops off in popularity. That alone isnt the problem though. The problem is you cant get rid of them!!! Yes, you can delete it, wait ten minutes and get another, but after testing this several dozen times, I recorded that out of 38 attempts to delete requests, 36 were replaced with the identical request I removed. What the heck is the point of allowing deletion if the replacement is pretty much guaranteed to be the same one? And I tested this without closing the app or allowing the device to go to sleep, so its not related to the data backtracking, which seems to be a common bug people see. Overall its been one of my favorite farming games. I actually have a pet for once (the sheepdog doesnt cost gems) and the animations are very pretty and smooth. The makers and items are interesting and well designed, and a lot of the loading problems I had the first week seem to have mostly been solved. I also like the idea there are few events. I hate games that constantly have events because I have a life and I cant play a game 24/7, so this one doesnt make me feel bad for not checking it most of the day. Im looking forward to all the places theyre taunting us with, mostly the mushroom area. Ill keep playing to see that at least. There is also a forest, honey, and shell area that says coming soon, so Im glad to see game loft might actually have plans to keep supporting this game which is unlike them. In the end, if you enjoy farming games and have a bit of patience to find a community farm thats right for you I recommend this game. Im going to give the game four stars mostly for the harvesting problem. Again, its caused all my plans to go bad when I try to harvest one thing, and it decides to harvest another and then I run out of space. So be sure to space your trees way apart from each other because it uses the entire image of the tree as cutting area instead of just the trunk. Im playing this on an iPad Air 2 with iOS 8.1.2 and besides the insane amount of loading problems it had at the start (and seem to be resolved) I havent personally seen any bugs. I have heard a common one however is data backtracking when you do something and the close the game and it doesnt save properly. I just count to 30 before closing the game and it seems to be fine for me.

This game is a lot of fun however, after playing for a month straight, all of my storage was rolled back to the beginning making and further game play impossible. At level 25 you cant even play with only being able to store 50 crops! I contacted them twice and even left messages on the Facebook page and have gotten ZERO response. I understand games have bugs and thats fine but when they ignore correcting these mistakes its ridiculous. This is the very reason I postpone spending real money in game, to make sure its not wasted on crappy games....

Love the game, very addictive, BUT too many glitches, bugs! Its annoying. I keep losing my land in the community farm. And then it comes back for a few days and then disappears again. PLEASE PLEASE fix the problems. I really do enjoy the game but I wont spend money on it because I feel I will lose my purchases!

Well i must say first, I have played them all. This one is the best games ever. Its only a month old so of course it has glitches. I wish we could play it offline. Two suggestions: 1. Make a way to remove community farmers that collect the bounties of other players hard work. Something desperately needs to be done about farmers that leave or do not help. 2. Perhaps let everyone in the community farm help fill the whale slots. I love the game. Everyone i know who is playing this says they thing, it is remarkable and thought out. Graphics are beautiful and adorable at the same time. I adore the animation of the animals. Even the veggies are beautiful and easy to plant and harvest Congratulations to the developers. I hope you make another game of this type very soon. Looking forward to seeing whats in store in the future. Thank you for giving us this game.

I have had over 30 gems disappear, over two machines to create things disappear, and slots that I have bought with gems disappear. A total of over 50 gems and about 20,000 coins disappear to never return. I have also had issues in the community with my land being in a different location and not being able to harvest. This all started around level 17 I am now level 22 almost 23. Other than those major issues its a fun simple game with fun graphics.

I gave it one star because it is a fun game. However, it has a lot of glitches and bugs. I have deleted it because it will no longer load past the loading screen and the devs have not replied to my many emails trying to get them to fix all the issues. There have been many complaints about this game from many people. I was at a high level with the glitches and then it quit loading all together. Dont waste your time on this game.
