Disappointed

My final email to customer service after 2 weeks of playing.

First my cat disappears and then my silo and barn degrade back to level one. I use to get gems from feeding treats to the dog but ever since I reached level 25 I havent gotten a single one. The game was fun when I first started playing but now I dont even feel like playing anymore. I see you do the same thing every other game out there does. You make the player think that they are going to progress easily by rewarding them with gems frequently. But after they invest weeks of gameplay you take away those gems and cause the player to play twice as much to earn 1/4th the amount of gems. Dont worry about fixing the issues in my game because I will never spend a single cent on your game. I will continue playing because the game is fun and I have a lot of patience. Sadly, Im very disappointed in your sub par customer service and the greed I see dominating the game. Good luck with the evolution of your game. Too bad I have to make a little trip to the Apple Store and give your game a one star with an honest review. This email.
